From The Client

Nitterhouse Concrete Products has recently completed the fabrication and erection of a new 4-story, 120,000SF parking garage in Bayonne, NJ for RWJBarnabas. The parking garage has over 300 parking spaces and will be used to serve the new RWJ Barnabas Medical Office Building as well as public parking for the City of Bayonne. The project was located in Bayonne’s business district located in the center of the city which made erection logistics the most complicated part of the project. Nitterhouse worked diligently with our team and local police to determine the best staging location and delivery route to the jobsite. The staging, deliveries and erection of the precast for the parking garage was a seamless process and worked out perfectly.

In addition to a very successful erection process, Nitterhouse also did a great on the design and fabrication of the precast for the structure. The architect was very pleased with the fabrication process and final product when completed. Their project management and engineering staff were a pleasure to work with and I hope to work with them again in the future.
